Tharpe & Howell, LLP’s products liability group combines technical and scientific innovation with a firm understanding of today’s commercial environment to protect the interests and reputation of our business clients and the commercial and consumer goods they design, manufacture, and sell. Because we recognize the devastating financial impact a products liability claim can have, we work closely with our clients and their insurance carriers to efficiently defend a vast array of design defect, manufacturing defect, breach of warranty, and/or failure to warn claims.
In today’s litigious society, it is not unusual for a products liability claim to also include a class action filing.
