Tharpe & Howell, LLP, is proud to announce that Senior Associate Winston Keh has been appointed to the San Bernardino County Superior Court as a Court Commissioner.
In a written statement, Mr. Keh said “It is a high honor to be appointed to the bench. I have worked very hard to reach this level of accomplishment in my legal career.
