MODERATOR/GUEST SPEAKER: 2016 22ND CLM ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Robert M. Freedman will be a guest moderator and speaker on the topic of “Alternative Dispute Resolution – Increasing the Success and Effectiveness of Mediations” during Session 3 of the 2016 CLM Annual Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida from April 6, 2016 – April 8, 2016. As co-chair of the CLM National ADR Committee, Mr. Freedman will also chair the annual ADR Committee meeting being held at the conference this year. The CLM Annual Conference is the largest claims association conference in the country and features top minds in the insurance and legal fields. Mr. Freedman is a Partner of Tharpe & Howell, LLP, and manages its Commercial Litigation and Transaction Practice in Los Angeles, California.
